Can I just add gifs by just adding a number (39sex.gif) or must I change something in the game code for it to register?

you can replace pics with exists numbers or change max number in code.

i can change code but be honest it boring to do it not in proper source

It's suprisingly fun to do it yourself. I'm using Captura, takes time and I got bad workflow but I don't mind.

No there is another, still used Twine it just had a fairly complete swap of images to remove all real porn

This is an upload of the version I had saved, please note I think it is based on version 3.1 of the game
