GIFs eat space like nothing else ... With the compressed version my goal was adding support for webm/mp4 to save space, but not drop the quality too far...

I might be able to make it slightly smaller if I was a bit more aggressive with compression,but some of the issue is that by going from GIF to WEBM instead of Source to WEBM is that the GIF artifacts are decreasing compression efficiency.

In 2.2 I would estimate there are roughly 2,600 GIF/WEBM Animations and 3,800 Images.
In 2.3 there are 680 more images, most of them seem to be animated (I only really downloaded it haven't broken it down yet).

@Beornwahl So 14g..... that's more than 1.8 main, 1.9 2.0 and 2.3 together (around 10g). What gives? You added even more extra goodies in?

Is the torrent file just the main file? If I get the torrent file from the main page, what else do I need to get?

There's a lot of anger here over something rather simple. The player file is the attached file on the main post, and unless there's been an oversight that should be the working version for all the other files you get from the torrent.

The likely reason the HTML file isn't included is because the HTML file can be changed easily to fix bugs as long as the files themselves don't change and aren't renamed, so it makes sense to include that separately. Just download the most up to date HTML file that's attached to the OP and place that in your main game folder once you download the torrent and you're golden. @Lumenarian

Bug: In your camp when you turn on the fire /img/Background/fireplace.gif doesn't exist and jpg version exist but not fig one
/img/Background/Events/Jul1.gif doesn't exist
/img/Background/Events/Jul2.gif doesn't exist

Also this might not be a bug just not implemented yet. The brewery does nothing.
Also the mountain region seem to be missing a slot for the fairy home

I was unable to get a uncorrupted Download from Anonfile Beornwahl

@Beornwahl I'm sorry to annoy with repeated saying... but the cloth thingy is still a thing?! In "Slave Interact" there is a line:

Leading to skip the cloth giving and going back to the talking. $activeSlave.clothes will be 0 forever since you won't reach the += 1

May I suggest @trythisone's fix and use the following instead?

Mhh, tried a save game and a new start to check:
* Fireplace worked for me both times animated, maybe you miss a image pack?
* Fairy worked both times too you may just need luck to meet her (and reject her love to enslave her)

missing image pack could also explain Jul1 and 2 missing ?!

Brewery is supposed to give you 3 preserved food each for brewer. It is added to your stockpile ("End Week") and the code is there; but indeed it is not shown in "Domain" overview.

Also, I think you should keep the 2.3 patch on the front page still to accompany the Torrent since that is still without the 2.3 bit!

The size surprised me too. It's the result from adding the high quality gif replacements and the ned content all together. Hopefully we'll get the size down in a while with a webm conversion.

I can't replicate the reported error with the fire, ensure newest player and a fresh game start.
I don't know about the brewery, should produce preserved food when staffed.
No, the fairy home has a slot, it's after the goblin cave. Missing the fairy queen as a partner is common though.

I'm really sorry about that I know the feel of the unsuccessful wait for such a download - it sucks!

For Dicken's sake! I had this fixed in the pre-gif+webm I worked on prior. Damn.

Though the dress does indeed not carry great gameplay effect it seems. I can't remember implementation, but the intend was for the feature to make use of the Cloth material, and be a required need to keep the weaker elves alive outside the sanctuary. As I can spy from the code, Clothes should be required to move elves into human villages, but I don't know if it ever worked...

Putting Elves into villages workes fine for me... with my modded version so, yes it works, if fixed.
