I think he means that after two children, her belly and waist should be bigger on default, without babybumps. The babybumps should be more on that, when it starts growing.

I want to say yes, but it's been awhile since I've played through the full game. I know they have a BJ scene early on, but I vaguely remember them actually fucking at some point too.
Edit: Just did a quick skip through to double check; there is a sex scene with her. Don't know if there are more after, but I am stopping here for now.

Two scenes ... first one is oral only (both ways) because no condom. Second is full sex w/ optional creampie.
