There is a quick Fix for it - I guess it'll be shared here soon - just one small File needs to be overwritten for it.
The main Game-File will be updated soon too by Empiric
There's a glitch. You need the replacement story6 to see that scene. It's on the Patreon.

I've never used the patch in this game, but I debate installing it every new version. there's hints in the story but it's still compelling without it. *shrugs, drops 2 pennies*

man i really love this game but this update is a little disappointing. the new hannah scene is pretty much identical to the 1st nora scene. the animations also feel unnecessary, it looks like they are just humping and there is basically no penetration visible. it's also kinda short, not much happens
