There was a bugged variable in the initial version released both here and on Patreon that blocked the scene with Hannah. Make sure you've downloaded and are using v0.12f from the OP, as it should be fixed there. But you'll have to replay from a save from before the update.

Eh, I think OP has a point. Things were ... under control before. Kate has hypertrophia and she was by far the biggest for most of the game. Now, she's not even close and none of the newbies have any in-game excuse. Developers are just people. People have preferences, fetishes even. Clearly Empiric likes absolutely TITANIC sized sex organs (and painfully slow and vanilla love scenes). It's not for me to say whether that's good or bad (yes it is, its getting to the point of ridiculousness, I am starting to skip scenes with the new LIs because of how stupid they looks), but it's an undeniable fact that the proportions are growing.

The real question is, is this what Patreons want/will tolerate. For me personally, the writing/plot has become rather aimless, and I've mentioned the character bloat multiple times, so while the breast/ass size explosion issue isn't at the top of my shitlist, adding it to the pile doesn't help things, either.

Time will tell whether this is enjoyed by the community, or if there's a pushback, and if so, will there be a pullback by Empiric.
