From what i understand the dev was different, sunken was said to be a "fan game" inspired by the salvor. The former patreon is empty, supposedly due to tragedy in family. Ironically found that out on latters itchio page in comments. So sunken is on hold, best case scenario. Didn't check the discords, don't have that. Corrections are welcome.

Yup delusria is the original dev, a team of fan decided to make their own game with a central figure called Num3ical, Num3ical quit the ship after the first demo due to family tragedy, the dev team is now working to change the game right now especially since their demo release mostly looked like an asset swap so it wasn't well received (hence why the thread got locked).

Might not have been what they wanted to do and were just in a rush to share their work but that's roughly where the project is. Without tackling the drama they made with Del

Has anyone had any luck avoiding the softlocks and crashes on death? I want to like this game so bad, but not being able to finish any of the three runs post-update really doesn't help. Is GameMaker known to be this buggy usually?
