Netorare - the protagonist has their love interest (or close relationship such as a family member) stolen from them. Sometimes leads to the protagonist finding out which may or may not lead to....
Netorase - the protagonist voluntarily shares their love interest as a fetish (cuckolding)
Netori - the protagonist steals someone else's love interest.

The distinction between the 1st and 3rd is how much focus is given to the one stealing vs the one getting stolen from. In netori stories they often make the guy already in the relationship kind of a dick and shift focus away from him to the much better for her protagonist. In netorare the guy is more often painted as a nice guy but kind of a beta loser and there's a lot of focus on his pain/humiliation.

afaik "male" NTR is just when the genders and roles are both swapped. Male netorase is cuckqueening, Male Netorare is when you (the protag) get courted and stolen by another girl. Is Male netori a thing?
