I downloaded it (savegame folder + savegame installer) as always inserted in the game .... but it does not work the saves are only up to v 27 available ..... so I would have to play v 27 again and v 28 is missing fully .....

Those are autosaves, regular save is in "load game".

Did you go to the clothes section of hotaboo, can be accessed by clicking on the right side of the screen while in store.

Sadly the torrent version of 0.29 seems to be corrupt and will not extract or open for viewing. A huge waste of bandwidth..

Also I assume the 14th portfolio (Not Danielle's) is a bug if I'm reading the above post correctly?

Did you used torrent from OP? And did you used WinRar/7zip to unpack?

Worked perfectly fine for me with 7zip.

No the Danielle portfolio is bugged. I can't pick it up and Willy repeats saying she must spread her legs

Talk to natasha on the beach and say that you need visit your mother in law Go back to Lady gloria villa and speak with Mrs. Maria in the garden. (depends where in the game you are)
