You are using some really old 7zip version. I tested it on arch and debian, both have version 16.02 by the way. Maybe, problem is there...

I do not find it, does anyone know where I find it or what should I do before?

Hmmn! that is kind of weird I am almost fanatical about update/upgrade the system. Is there a work around for me???????? I don't think that's his issue.
If the guy you quoted has the same problem I'm having then there is no Trixie down the stairs. Lacey is sitting there but that's it.
Started fresh too, so it's not a savegame incompatibility issue.

Well, she was there when I went through the game one or two updates ago. After talking to her, she went to "Willys heaven" and that is where I find her now in v0.29.

As I said, I did a fresh playthrough so she might very well be there if you're only playing the new content for each update.
Someone mentioned earlier that picking up one of the portfolios can lead to various glitches, so maybe that caused it.

The only fresh if you started a new game without anything in the Savegames folder. If there was a old bookmark01.dat it will be bugged. If you know for sure that you did it correctly, please upload the savegame.
