After about an hour to looking for it,I give up.Just use cheat engine,before pick doctor's doll,input the number,search,pick it,input new number,search,then there is only one left in list,edit it to bigger than 132.

This game is needing some sort of characters table, and soon. I'm lost half of the time searching for XX girl.
(Love the game anyway, best place to be lost.)
