Yeah, it’s unfortunately pretty mutually exclusive. While the vanilla route does show just how good things could have been for the MC, it only creates that feeling of the girls being taken when you consider both routes together. In a way, this game is closer to BSS than NTR.
Yes, that’s the key choice. I wanted the routes to feel distinct and for the world to actually change depending on which route you take. That meant creating a clear point where things split, and I decided to make that break happen pretty early on. To be honest, I wasn’t ready to create something where choices truly impacted the story. I’ve seen a lot of developers offer players a lot of choices, but those choices rarely have any real effect on the world. I did think of a way to do it, but it was a huge endeavor I'd rather save fir when I make my OG game.
As for the Discord server, I don’t really use it much, haha. I have an account and am part of a few channels, but I’m mostly a lurker. It would feel strange to be a lurker in my own server.
This game still follows the main cast from the original: Belfast, Illustrious, Duke of York, and Richelieu. I’m actually a sucker for Harem NTR, where one guy takes the entire harem from the MC. While I dislike when one girl get's stolen by different archetypes of men.
No, if the girls were having sex with other characters in the vanilla path, it wouldn't really be a vanilla path. There are voyeur elements, but they'll focus on the girls catching each other with either Michelle or Rick or even each other, depending on the route. While it’s possible for Michelle to stumble upon a scene with Rick and the girls, it won’t be possible for it to happen the other way around. In my mind, once Rick confirms the NTR, it’s game over—he has no reason to stay.

I understand, you shouldn't go crazy on your first playthrough,
but you don't have to change the entire line. How about simply adding indicators?
If the true love indicator is the highest, you get this ending (ending A).
If the hesitation indicator is higher than a certain value, you get ending A, but modified. For example, they stayed together but had minor problems along the way.
Meaning, make other factors increase as well, and at least in the final scene, they translate into a real outcome.
After what you said, I don't even want to check the NTR path. I chose Vanilla, whether consciously or unconsciously, and I like the hero's happiness!
But it would be good to give players the sense that this happiness can quickly disappear. For example, while exploring, some trap triggers that simply kills the entire party or a party member. Just to keep the player in the back of their minds, I have to be careful.
As for Discord, haha, I don't care. I know a few developers who drop in once a month to show off something. Besides, Discord wouldn't be for chatting, it's for game development, so don't worry. No one will judge your activity ^^
