Hmm...after reading and trying some of the posted fixes, this title still causes Ren'Py resource crashes (they happen randomly after a certain point). And I did notice this title was upgraded from Ren'Py 7.4.11 to 8.33 with this update. Also normally it's better to delete all previous saves and the persistent files from both save locations...but that didn't matter with this alpha release.

Some mentioned saving regularly and rebooting Ren'Py after a few scenes, which seemed to bypass the areas that caused my previous crashes. (After a few scene changes, RenPy would then hang and a windows error message would show up that the program stopped responding. I would then have to force exit Ren"py and rerun Ren'Py and load the last save I made.) I also noticed using performace mode made the crash happen more frequently as well caused some screen glitching.

This is definitely some kind of memory/cpu leak happening, or due to the animation triggering, running and not fully leaving the ram when the scene is done. And as more scenes happen...eventually Ren'Py would then hang again in difrent locations from previous errors.

It's a shame, I like this title. So I guess I'll check back later to see where these issuses are at, so I can enjoy a bug free playthrough from the start.

Fixed in v0.3b. If you wish to continue with v0.3a, you can turn off alert notifications in the preferences menu, or wait a few days for v0.3b to be released publicly.

Even with alert notifications off it still freezes at "who's still alive?"

Why Albania? Is the developer Albanian?

I strongly doubt that, dev is probably American. This in game Albania looks like fictionalized States, not even personal names are Albanian (I named MC Agim in my version, an Albanian male name, as a joke, which, I suspect, naming fictional game setting after rather obscure South European state, was meant to be as well).

Did they ever fix or provide a way around the "'super' object has no attribute '_getattr_" error? Kind of makes the game unplayable as it crashes, and this is early in the game. Tried the usual - turned stuff on and off, changed renderer - nothing changes it. Game is all packed in RPA files, so cannot check the code... it is a bummer. **sad face**

I recommend waiting for version 0.3b, as I’ve isolated Sofia’s storyline in this update. You’ll have the option to skip her intimate scene or reject her entirely if you’re not interested. Additionally, I’m unsure if your PC can handle the leaked version, whereas version 0.3b includes numerous bug fixes, revised dialogues, and improved choices. It also might create double the work for you.

WT mod updated. This also includes a fix for the error message some people were having (found in event 11, if that tells anyone anything - hint, hint to the dev). Also note the updated installation instructions (more in line with the majority of my mods).

For this fix, please load a save from when you're asked to drive Sofia home (before she asks you a question).

The necessary variable is set when she asks you about your ideal type if you're into (MILFs, teens, or "Don't care") - the choice for "Don't care" doesn't set the variable at all, and causes a problem later, when you're on the phone with Sofia. My fix is to set it to an empty value for this choice.
