Perhaps you played it before without DLC that unlock 18+ materials. Without DLC enabled it don't have 18+ stuff.

For all those who are not sure if DLC is enabled:
Steam Crack+All DLC unlocker
Installation:
Just unzip everything to "lib" folder and say yes to replace all files.

I'm actually still kinda unsure. What would the first sex scene be, usually?

Having the "lesbian" tag doesn't make the entire game yuri, just like having the "futa" tag doesn't make every single character an hermaphrodite. So you will excuse me for asking and making a joke at the same time, thank you. Don't worry though, now that I have confirmed it's only yuri I won't bother you again.

I've played this game long ago so i may not remember it right but you play as woman and that one futa scene is just optional and skippable scene where you grow a temporary dick

omg i played just 20 mi and i think this is what iv been looking for, a lesbian rpg, with GOOD rpg mechanics, wholesome romance focused sex...story rich...and most importantly...NO DICK(well save for one unless there's some dudes hiding in a corner) and given the lack of things like corruption drugs rape or sexual harassment this might just be a really good game
