I went to their blog and found a recent update, but I think you should get in contact with translator and get them to use a different downloader, Mega only goes 50% and drops it. Only ones work if they are in Europe is work upload and other ones...
In future of this game there should be more files like sound, music and images that player should be able to add.

It seems like issue with your ISP. Since MEGA is one of the accepted filesharers here, you'd better use VPN or something else. But just in case, here is the reupload just in case anyone needs that.

awww I remember this game.. totes happy for what there was time to create, and hope it comes back to life
I think it's a matter of translation rather than the dev, perhaps is better to contact the translator or if someone wants to help that person to get the most updated version
