And this is why, after I manage to pay out my newly acquired debt (due to a "bad" investment which set me back a couple of months' worth...), I plan to become a "super supporter" at $46 a month/pop on Patreon.

It is a rather common practice that I support the artists I think deserve to be paid handsomely, insofar as they don't "ghost" their paying customers... something which has happened to me in the past involving the Patreon platform.

All the crew working for AgentRedGirl's productions deserve to be well compensated to pay their bills and feed their loved ones...

(AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY UNRELATED SO DON'T BOTHER READING FURTHER).

01. I'm a newbie on this site strictly because I wanted an entry doorway to be able to "contact" fellow A.R.G. enthusiasts and such.
02. There's this other animator I currently support who crafts about one short 30-40 second animation commission piece for me at least once a month. While I wouldn't sub to his Patreon (the majority of the work there caters to a generalized uniformed "fetish"/es that I couldn't really care about), he knows he has a small garanteed paycheque from me every X weeks or so.
03. I apologize but I have a thing for:
a) Yuna "Beaver Tits" Sato. I think she's one of the studio's most gorgeous models. However the fact that she prefers the sex requiring the least amount of effort, well... you know...

Based on the patreon stats they already are getting $ 40k-110k/month , and that is just patreon, not counting the site or other media, so unless they overspending, they are better off than most animators under regular job since they don't need to deal with superior and other stuff.

Assuming they are making 40k/month and there's 6 animator that's roughly 6k per month which is quite decent, however I would assume there some kind of upcharge for the whole animating futa porn for x year on a resume or having "some job I'd prefer not talk about" on it, should they move on to work in a more traditional workplace.

I strive to pay my team fairly and reasonably. All of the people that work with me now earn more than they did in their previous positions and left their previous jobs to join my studio. Each of them started working with me as a "side gig" for extra money. Overtime, I offered them full time positions or they asked to join full time as they preferred the pay and work structure I provide.

I love being able to make these animations come to life and I hope that we are able to for a long time!
