The problem is that when you first visit the farm, you can only collect five cones from the bushes, but you need to make six cigarettes. You leave the farm, but you can’t return. When I try to login I get a message...
I see. That's certainly interesting and I had not had that problem. I wonder if they grow as soon as the game starts, so maybe you started the quest too early and there wasn't enough or something. I don't imagine you'd ever be able to go back, because you're supposed to meet the quota for the first quest the first time.
Or, it's possible that you missed part of the powder that could still be ground, that is more plausible, actually. 5 fruit doesn't mean 5 vials, it just means 5 fruit. I believe I did have That problem. It's been awhile, but as I recall, I made 5 blunts, but I didn't leave, and instead I went back to the plant, and then the bowl and found that I hadn't ground all of it.
