This was his dev update posted back in December that outlines the content:

Main
Alice Live (90%)
Ruby Home Night (90%)
Nora Torture System. (100%)

Sub
Adele Foot Job (100%)
Chloe New sex scenes (100%)
Ophelia Repeat Deepthroat (100%)

So basically Nora/Adele content mainly with minor update for Chloe (Ophelia doesn't really count because no new scene). And if the previous dev update is to be believed, no additional work happened between then and now besides decoupling the Alice/Ruby content from this update.

lol how many bug fixes do you need seem everything time? <<< "well depend on how many cows milk does you have." I will laugh my ass off next week still not complete...as same time I will not be surprise. continuing milking it, im on beingadik. These update cutting content at least 30% to 50% will not be much for the cows to enjoy

His not rendering anything, those are basically screenshots from HS1/2 game. Rendering takes place instant, not like hours for one picture in case of DAZ and other more realistic graphic environments.

Other content is probably just filler, simple scene like Agent17 few updates ago - just character showing in swimsuit. Ruby and Alice were what majority of people were waiting for half a year and he just cut it out entirely, even the drinking game that was ready months ago. What a disappointment

This is borderline ridiculous now. More than 6 months have past and all he got at the end is this. Basically shows that he has not been doing any real work for the past 1/2 year, procrastinated and got pressurized to rush out a minute update that he cooked last minute. At this rate I expect world war 3 to occur before we even get to see any ending to any storyline in this game.
