Nope, (Not that I am aware of) best way would be to just make save instances.

You no longer need to do this because latest public joiplay update supports 8.3 now

You make regular ones until your skill increases.
Then you need a gold bar from casino to level up the skill.
Only then you can make High Graded Hexanyl Ciggrates. You do that in exactly the same process you make the regular ones.
