yes, if you're comfortable with extremely pixelated graphic and run in 10fps (5fps during intense action scene)
yes, there is graphic setting inside the game but only range of 1 to 4, no detail setting

it's already July but it seems going to be delayed due to debugging, said he will submit everything by this week and expect sale on mid-July
the remaining work he need to do is versioning, achievement setting (steam exclusive), cloud save setting (steam exclusive), PV production, and release preparation
as for DLsite/Fanza version, he make it clear that they will be updated to follow Steam version with exception such as achievement and cloud save because that rely on Steam API, and it will be adjusted after Steam version release and some time after ensuring Steam version is stable to run. Also he mention strictly about fighting piracy...inb4 he install Denuvo for Steam version

I don't really follow on all the news of this game. What about official Drain recollection room? Is it something planned to be developed after Full Steam release? And will there be other new content coming along with Steam release or is it just a blunt Steam release without adult content?
things like Drain recollection room will be implemented later after release as update, just be patient
as for new content it will be applied at release, only Drain recollection room is exception. The adult content tho... let just say it never came to Steam

funny because I wouldn't mind buying off from steam if it wasn't an inferior version
the thing is dev are being overly cautious to the point of paranoid, he separate the fun content as external patch like Kagura Games did and that is fine, but he put ultimatum on community such as "do not talk about this external patch or i will stop distributing it", obviously people response negatively, to which dev is displeased with it and choose to not distribute it at all.
tl;dr, dev implode on his own social management incompetence

If you're intent on trying to run this, extract this file into the Data folder and override the boot.config file.
I can't guarantee good performance, but it'll perform at least. I set this up assuming you have at least a 4core/8thread CPU.

if they are running a gt 730 they most likely have either a 860k or a G3258. the game will start and crash instantly

on one side, dev address how he got forced to participate in FANZA store campaign where his game got huge discount, he didn't consent to this and immediately unsubscribe and apology to anyone who participate and expect good deal on his product, claiming he will go red if he sell stuff with huge cut...... on other side, dev talk how he just upgrade his PC to 5070ti, money well spent

he already finish everything and already submit the game to Steam for review since 14th July last week, there should be some feedback within 7 day or so but so far there's nothing, some say due to recent CC company throwing fit causing Steam review takes more time than usual, he wonder if his game will be rejected because of this. In the meantime he will work on Drain Reminiscence room
dev mention about writing manual for game, but make a rewrite on the store page will put him under review process again which will delay the game too, so he decided to update the game manual on official website, completely explaining game control, combo, and some damage multiplier
he don't know how long the review process will lasted, but if it goes according to his schedule:

- August: tech support focus + Drain Room prototype
- September: pushing update of Drain Room to Steam version
- October: update Drain Room feature to R18 version and verifying
- November-December: pushing update of Drain Room to DLsite and Fanza version
well you literally miss about 6 different build, which not only include some additional content, but also bug fix, so the answer is yes, there is BIG difference between 1.9 to 1.2
