addressing the late release despite what was promised, apparently his submission got rejected multiple time by Steam, it's about the game content that the curator have issue about and dev claim lot of the problem point are subjective interpretation by the curator, who has been the same person that keep rejecting his submission with different reason every single time.
as such, the Steam release will be delay indefinitely until whoever retard behind Steam curator could stop being an asshole

in the meantime, dev is working on making full blown Sylpheed Encyclopedia in game where you can see detail of each Sylpheed, their model, their statistic, description, etc.
also for QoL, dev is making auto-pause system that will trigger whenever your controller suddenly disconnected for some reason, and it will also trigger should you open Steam Overlay, very neet

on final note, he will move on to make the Encyclopedia and Drain reminiscence room until the review pass. and if it don't, he will just move on and continue with Lily game instead. so fuck the entire Steam campaign and wishlist and we will not get Steam port

Yeah, Steam are infamous with fucked up reviewing process of game submissions. Especially with VN's. Some brainfucked assholes in charge of this process are applying their personal judgement apparently, ignoring the fact that content is not violating Steam ToS.

grace by gods, the game finally got green light, and the game has been scheduled to release at 21st August 2025
dev has prepared new PV that will be use in the Steam store page, and as for the promised content update correspond to the number of Steam wishlist:

1. 500: Loading time reduction (game optimization), something something change preload core data startup, also it is possible preload more data and hog it in your ram if you do so wish but you will need 6GB free memory and total of about 14GB ram
2. 1000: Convert progress progress data as file instead of registry, yes it's available as file and this will also make it easy with Steam Cloud
3. 2000: Full body tight suit H-scene, so in Steam version almost everyone will have a slight redesign in their model such as wearing full body tight suit to cover more skin as form of censorship, but surely some prefer those tight skin suit during H-scene so dev will promise to make it available in DLsite and Fanza at later date (this bonus will not be available in Steam because of course)
4. 3000: costume equipment and cast off mechanic during action sequence, same as above
5. 5000: Gamepad UI support, it is now possible to finish the entire game with only your controller at hands
6. 7500: Drain reminiscence room and Sylpheed encyclopedia, you will be able to read all data and information about each Sylpheed model AND their cluster drain action, this will not be available at launch right away
7. 10000: new enemy (cluster drain included), the name is Shadow Exiodor

now for the implementation of all above to DLsite and Fanza version... it will be far later in date, because dev planned to work it all on Steam and ensure that it is stable because working parallel on all version will increase redundancy and thus adding more workload, so once the Steam version confirmed to be stable then it should be quick addition for DLsite and Fanza.

only for the first 2 milestone, everything else is new, 1000 wishlist is small number for his rather well selling franchise

With the adult content content cut and insisting there will be no offsite patch for this release? Yeah I'm not sure why he bothered. Would have been better to make a deal with one of the big Steam hgame publishers. Also imagine being the Steam reviewer brain damaged enough to block something tame like this, while Mad Island got greenlit and only had to cut the loli stuff.

about the Steam version.... yes it's all-ages version and no porn in it, and dev refused to budge. Dev do claim that Steam version have it's exclusive and original addition to it (that may be added to R18 on DLsite version months later) which include:

1. Polished Graphic, as discussed soo many time some model will have a little rework to be more safe when land on Steam. Furthermore dev decided to polish it while at it
2. Burst Select System, in last version on DLsite you will perform Burst based on your distance and situation in battle, but Steam add manual select system mid battle so it add more control and strategy but at the same time make the control itself even more difficult. Dev addressed that he doesn't plan to put this in R18 version because the idea is that having high complexity on R18 game wouldn't make much appeal compare to all-ages version in Steam that try to sell actual gameplay
3. Weakness system, when you change target lock, game will show a little window that write the target identification and it's weakness, and by tackling their weakness multiple time you can stun them, this will be very helpful to make all the achievement the game have
4. Charge action (Drain and Strayer) will execute instantly, when you do this in last version you will need to hold down the action button until it locks the enemy then released it to actually doing it, but in Steam version you can just instantly execute it so it give more dynamic sense
5. Achievement, 14 in total, 9 are easy done while the rest 5 will need extra effort to achieve or so dev said
6. Cloud save

i need to call out the dev about using AI, he claim to use AI when gauging the price on the game and find the cheapest possible price by ignoring all other profit he could've secured.... so he literally ask ChatGPT for business advise.... did he also ask AI for other advise such as community interaction too...?

That sounds more like the game was AI assisted, is very common for H game to use AI to speed some aspects like color or animation, usually they also use AI for character design but later they use artists to redraw the work, makes easier than trying to play roulette by hiring an artist to design a character rather than just drawing the final concept i think. There are far more infamous uses of AI, does this game is translated using AI?

no, dev specifically mention he ask AI for advise to gauge the game price on Steam, he didn't mention about using AI in game cause if he did there would be mention of it in the store, furthermore it's 3D games and not 2D, the english translation suggest the use of machine translation cause despite 90% of it being coherent i somehow feel a slight uncanny of it

The dev seems to have an overreliance on AI. A lot of his Ci-En posts contain him taking advice from AI about serious things that he should really think about himself.
