I have played this game many times but every time an update comes out, I wonder what has changed, it seems the same to me
if it's Aideal, then nothing much, literally nothing changes
the latest significant update is either, one, dev merge the main game and onsen DLC into single project, two, Unity engine update concerning the security vulnerability from month ago

The save stop working as of the steam equivalent version packing the game and DLC in one package. However, the devput up a full save on the Ci-En for the occasion (since the save went from registry to appdata file).

yes, the DLC is standalone game, but you can apply it to the main game so you can save memory in your storage
no, you cannot apply the DLC into the latest release version as the latest release have merge the main game and DLC into one, as such it may cause some conflict in the directory and might ruin your game so do not do that
is it possible to download this game without paying for an account on mega or gofile? files are too big for free downloads. Is there a torrent or something?

You can circumvent Mega limitations by using VPN, also use their PC app for larger downloads instead of browser ,as browser downloads often glitch on larger files.
