I would think KKManager would identify and replace corrupted files, along with outdated files, but maybe not.
Tried a new Game.
Craft Fishrod, catch fish, created fireplace, interacted with it
But the cooking menu remains empty, there is no option available
Basically, soft locked at the Tutorial, I don´t know if anyone else has\had this problem

There's an extra step in the menus at a crafting station like campfire or a kitchen counter, you have to click on the little pot icon in the upper left of the screen to open up the recipes available for that sub-menu.

Well, now I need more detailed information to get a clue what happens in your game.
So share an explorer screenshot of you game folder, what have you downloaded, which Repack version.
Did you use 7-Zip to extract (WINRar is known to fail on some files)?
Any error messages while extracting?
I downloaded it via torrent, the latest version (15) and I used -Zip to unzip it and moved the folder to the front of the hard drive and also renamed the folder. There are no big error messages other than the exe. wouldn't react

Ok - your screenshot is a little confusing, cuz the character is Yoko Sawa, the headline of the character load list is showing "MCM Athena Pony".
So I had to figure out first what you´re asking for.
Anyway my Yoko Sawa is loading perfect,
it seems you´re lacking the necessary face mod
So I´m asking what game version you have?
Actually it´s BetterRepack R15.
If you are only 1-2 versions behind you can try to run "update" (InitSetting or KK-Manager) first, if you´re more outdated I recommend complete new download/install of R15.

I downloaded the game just today from this site using a link to a torrent file. So I guess this is the latest version of the game available here.
At the top in the corner it says that some file is missing. But why? This problem occurs with all characters from the Modpack. The file is missing - the character is loaded like from a horror movie
is there anyway to adjust the model positioning during sex? like i made the girl shorter and most of the game it worked fine but when it came time for sex the models were not even touching...so is it just bad animation? or dose messing with the model scale/height mess up the animations?

Indeed the missing mod "cunihinx.sawa" is a face mod, including the face sculpting and necessary parts like the Eye brush and makeups - so you can´t see them.
But now I found some strange: the mod you´re missing is included in BetterRepack, but only in the Sideloader Modpack - Exclusive HS2! I guess you only have the Sideloader Modpack - Exclusive AIS, but unfortunately this mod isn´t included there
