Unity Completed AI Shoujo [R15] [Illusion]

I'm having an issue with the girls' lips not moving. This just happened after playing for many months w/ no problems. Cum stains aren't showing up either. Don't know if that's related or coincidence. I've searched for the solution here but haven't found anything helpful. More on this below if you want/need more info. Thanks

I'm using BR15. No plugins loaded besides the ones that come with BR15 installation. One solution offered here was to remove all the girls and then replace. This worked 2 or 3 times but the problem always came back and now even that idea doesn't work anymore. Another suggestion was that it had to do with a facepaint mod. Which mod wasn't specified but removing the ones I had did nothing. Yet another said the problem would go away on its own but that hasn't worked either. I've tried starting a new game and even reinstalling the entire game to no avail. Even going back to prior versions did nothing. Happens on both islands with all girls including Tsubomi. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if I have a solution. But to be sure some Qs:
You said, it happened to Tsubomi (base) as well.
Did you try with Tsubomi in base outfit?
Was it with only Tsubomi or were there othere girls as well when it happened?
Did you use any of the mods from optiional mods folder in BR15?

I haven't messed with Tsubomi at all. Her card has been untouched since I installed the game.
Both - only Tsubomi and Tsubomi with other girls
No optional mods have been used from the folder

I'm asking, because I sometimes see problems coming from something, that doesn't look connected with the actual issue. Clothes, Accessories, etc. Even when on other characters.
Can you post the output.log when it happens?

Was it the last card, that caused problems?
There was definitely a card loaded with a custom head and AIS doesn't like those at all (with a few exceptions or if ported correctly).

And changed to Nathsha later. With those, it will probably the mods used on those, that are causing problems. I am not saying, that it's only that. I noticed for myself, that some Outfits can cause that problem as well. There are a lot errors spammed in the log, that mostly come from clothmods. They might not throw errors in HS2, biut AI doesn't like those. Most of GDCs mods for example cause those messages. Some still work, but some don't. Also Mesh modifying clothes (skin dentation/squeeze: Using squeeze socks on one char and another char doesn't show any face animations anymore ...

Besides all that, I encountered the smae myself yesterday with a usual working char. Today after changing her out and in, it works correct again.

I noticed the bonemod plugin got changed/updated with BR15. Maybe that's why? Is it possible to go back to the older bonemod version? I'd really rather not have to dump characters.

'ported correctly' means, that there might be some mods, that fully work in AI and there is (even somewhere here in the forum) a post about w to modify those. I myself never went that way. I try making characters that don't use those mods.It might be, that the latest repack brought those problems. As I said, I had some issues myself, that I didn't have earlier. I'd say, you can as well just stick to BR14 if that runs without problems. The SideloaderMods are usually the biggest difference and those don't care if it's BR 14 or 15 (in most cases)
Even inHS2 some suggest to stick to BR14, because there were Problems with studio and (I guess) Node Constrains.

I downloaded the all in one torrent, i have the zip file "[ScrewThisNoise] AI-Shoujo BetterRepack R15" But when i go to unzip it, i get a windows Error 0x8000FFFF: Catastrophic failure.

Any ideas?

Ignore this, apparently using the windows built in app to unzip files sucks. I installed 7zip and it seems to work just fine.

The repack is providing all needed Mods plus a lot of other stuff. Some mods are only made for HS2 or just are payed mods. You have some Characters, that are using those mods. Either you try to get those mods, you ignore the messages or you customize those characters with mods allready included.

Guys, I need help. I tried to launch the game, but it just stays on a white screen and won't open at all. I've tried this countless times. I've updated my graphics card driver. I've disabled antivirus. I've changed the country to Japan. As you can see, I've pressed every button, but it still won't work. In the meantime, I've downloaded it from torrents four more times.

As souldray said, the first launch of BR 15 need more time because:
"Due to the need to patch BepInEx 5.3 plugins to BepInEx 5.4 format, as well as initial caching of zipmods, initial/first launch will take longer than usual. This is a one time thing, until plugins are updated for the new format and zipmods are cached."

Ok, I figured out why it wasn't opening. It turns out we should have transferred it to a different folder. We should have installed it directly in WinC or WinD, not by opening a different folder. Thx u for yours help guys
