Is this the only affected character? Did you use a head/ear mod?
Try making a standard male character (without any addons or clothing and accessories mods) and see if it's the same behavior.

I have no idea how to answer that. It's like asking, “Help, I bought a car but it won't drive.”
Sorry to ask, but which one i should download all in one, or side loaded pack mod (i don't even know what is this ?)
The sad part of this game is the survival and base building mechanics are so good I end up doing that over everything else
