does anyone know how to fix this ear? it happens after using teleport or doing some h-stuff with girl

Is this the only affected character? Did you use a head/ear mod?
Try making a standard male character (without any addons or clothing and accessories mods) and see if it's the same behavior.

when i open the game it is stuck at black screen and dosent respond , i even opened it from initsetting
