Dude calm down. The dev is barely making any money with the game which means he isn't working on it full time. Last post on patreon was a little over a month ago.

Yeah, you're right dude but I finished the game on the first day so it takes a long time to wait for updates.
if the dev is gonna drop the project i hope he will allow others to continue it since it has a lot of potential

It was just a quick playthrough, like an hour or so for version 0.4
There was some of the usual 1st time dev jankiness and non-native English speaker rough edges around the dialog but honestly I expected worse on both counts.
I really like how varied the character models are in terms of age, shape, size, etc with a realistic range of proportions and not so glammed up as to feel out of place in a medieval setting. That's rare.
I was expecting cheesy formula writing but the story actually held my interest.
Good job MaterTua. I hope you get enough support to keep going.

He is active here on f95. So I guess he would answer if he had not dropped the game? It really is a shame though, if he has... So god damn much potential for him and the game

I wouldn't assume it's abandoned yet. Yes, it was about 7 weeks ago, but the dev actually posted a response to a comment on their profile. If they were actually trying to hide or whatever folks are trying to imply, they wouldn't typically post something to their profile, confirming they're still around. And yes, obviously it would be ideal if he responded, but there are many people who very rarely (or even never really) communicate, even to those you'd expect to be kept in the loop. I'm not saying that's a good thing, but there are people who struggle with doing that. It doesn't mean they're hiding or whatever.
From a late December reply to another post on their profile, they said they had hired someone to help them and were getting things set up. So maybe some of the delay was getting that team member squared away and up to speed on things. And given that the last update was in October, this is now only 4 months since that release. There are plenty of devs who do VNs / games only part-time as they continue to work a full-time day job and deal with whatever else life throws at them. We have no idea how much time MaterTuaGames is able to dedicate each day or week to develop this. It's totally possible 5 or 6 months is reasonable before the next release. We just don't know.
I'm not trying to say they for sure are still working on this; I have no idea. I'm just saying it might be a little premature to assume things are abandoned.

OK? And what's your point? If you're trying to say the prefix should get applied to the game, I won't disagree, assuming there's been no public communication about the game's progress (I haven't checked to verify). In that case, you can go to the OP and click Report (like on my post here). Choose "Other" and then in the text box say why this should get marked Abandoned.
If you're trying to say this is actually abandoned by the dev (i.e., they're not working on it at all, which is what I was referring to, not anything about how the game is labeled), the above doesn't matter. What you've screenshot (from the site uploading rules) is about how F95 marks things and has only a loose connection to reality about the game itself. There are plenty of games that get marked Abandoned and then get a release so that prefix gets removed.

Nope, just stating the obvious. The AVN is not suitable to receive an abandoned prefix. This may stop the whining about the AVN being abandoned.

There is a group on here who seems absolutely obsessed with getting games tagged as abandoned, and I just don't understand it.

Those folks have small and uneventful lives. If they can get a VN tagged, they feel big and like they've accomplished something. Pathetic, really.
