I checked the images folder, sorted on size to exclude the sprites, and there are easily 900 renders.

Nobody is answering because nobody but the dev knows what's planned. But, so far, there's no NTR with another man fucking one of your LIs.

There are a few options where you can set your buddy up with a date and still fuck her later, or where you can fuck your brother's wife.
There's also an option to tell the sister she can do whatever and whoever she wants, but it's not clear if this will have an actual effect.

The Script for 0.5 already changes the "friend" to "mom" so there's no need to download the inc. patch.
