The filename is Aihvala-0.4-Joker WT & Cheats Mod.zip instead of something containing 0.5 and the modification date on the files inside the archive is from 2024.

Nobody is answering because nobody but the dev knows what's planned. But, so far, there's no NTR with another man fucking one of your LIs.

There are a few options where you can set your buddy up with a date and still fuck her later, or where you can fuck your brother's wife.
There's also an option to tell the sister she can do whatever and whoever she wants, but it's not clear if this will have an actual effect.

not true, mom can get raped if MC does nothing
friend's mom can be considered LI, so allowing him to get BJ would count, in not as ntr, but at least sharing
probably some more too? dunno, i avoided it like fire
and although not scenes - you can get some "cuck" points while talking with sister at the end of current content and bunch of "pussy" points before that through whole game, definitely will contribute to future cucks

but so far all ntr, be it scenes or points, were all avoidable

So far it looks like all NTR is optional, but it also seems that you can get pigeonholed into it if you make the wrong choices. Telegraphing can be better.

That would be NTR Type B (yes, there are different types), which includes rape, blackmail and any other forceful/nonconsensual method. But, as the plot requires, she ends up liking it eventually. It's a bland type of NTR in my opinion, since the LI falling into corruption on her own volition is far more interesting for me.
