i'm not a lawyer, but maybe the dev has fears of dealing with the russian judicial system for producing a porn game

I thought the same thing, until I found out here that you need the debug.txt file with the single string of "optimus" for it to be de-censored and have the lewd content. Pretty backwards IMO. Why not have a toggle at the settings or something?
Also, completely unrelated, but the beaver enemies are so weird looking since they're meant to be another monster? From the previous non-winter versions I figure. Bad impression for someone that is trying this game for the first time. Other than that, animations are great. Even something that I would normally not like (aka, multiple dicks) is pulled off well here.

Just a guess, but if the option is included in the game itself the dev could possible be prosecuted for producing pornographic material; but if you, the user, has to create an external file it could circumvent any legal issues. It's the same thing as dev's using patreon relying on an external mod to activate some banned content.
It sucks but that's just the world we live in.
That makes sense, given the context above, and I appreciate the dev going out of their way for this kind of legal mumbo-jumbo, but riddle me this: why even bother censoring the nude bits if we (and by extension, the law) can tell what's behind it? Why even give the option to disrobe the MC? It would have made more sense to keep her clothes on at all times, save the trouble of censorship, and avoid suspicion. Then, the dev can secretly hand out instructions to the players to enable those features themselves.
donno y but version 0.79 actually works a lot less well, lots of bugs, old and new, H-scenes just dont happen (yes i checked the settings, its on) and the "get up" bar wont dissapear if the character gets up on her own.
