I downloaded it from your link, made it a .mp4 and scanned it for bad extensions with Czkawka. It was a .7z and I was able to unzip it as a file called Kiana 06 with no extension again then I did the whole .mp4 and scanned for bad extensions again. It ended up being another .7z file but it needs a password to open it this time but we don't have the password yet since it wasn't bought. mrwick20022007 said the artist uploaded the wrong link and was going to fix it soon though.

Weird little thing to see with it but I was curious to see it turned out. I still don't know if it's the original file from Baidu since can't see past the password but it's possible that it is. Here is the link to the file if anyone wants it:

Depends on how good the dialogue is.
If it's just generic lines like "I'm cumming" or "It feels so good", then it wouldn't be worth the effort to make subs.
