I don't know what you used to upload the files, but when downloading the file using MEGAsync, the file name gets scrambled, or become empty, that's probably what he's talking.

that's interestingly weird. From my side it looks fine for the Cartethiya video. The Phrolova one is also fine.

i use standard download (not using the apps) and it came out fine

Everyone, the reason is rather complicated, but it’s not worth looking into. It’s just a character escaping/cache issue with MEGA. You only need to download the video file and rename it yourself, for example to xxx.mp4. If you still find that troublesome or strange, then just don’t download it and buy the video from the official site instead. I’ve already done my best to be a good person.
