Just downloaded and tried fleeing iris IF, at the start of the shota route it said something about running out of budget mid 2025. I'm guessing based on the activity here they are still in fact getting funded? Is there any update on their status and if they'll continue?
been a long time since i played this but i got to ask, have they finished the "yearly" haloween event yet? i remember it said continues next year and then nothing O_0

I started this game 4-5 hours ago and was trying to get into it. I wanted to like it because I'm a big fan of corruption. But... yeah, the game is a total mess.
I was doing the Melvin route and that was actually the only route available to me apparently, since I didn't give Ayame's virginity to Robert.
After one groping scene in the bar the game just takes over and presents a loooong scene that I can't stop or even save in. It's the neighbors, they want to swing. The dialogue is sometimes weird, acting as if I made a choice (I didn't) to attend a poker evening and lie to Robert. There the game basically warns me to not refuse them because it will completely close the neighbor route and not to worry because I will have the opportunity to make a significant decision later. I thought, OK, that means I can decide later before there's any sex.
WRONG! The game literally takes away my decision about Ayame's virginity and just shows a scene of her suddenly getting fucked by Dan. It doesn't even show the actual moment of penetration, just shows them fucking like crazy.
What is going on with this game? Is it me or is this just completely frustrating and nonsensical?

But what about the question, though? Why did the game decide by itself to take away Ayame's virginity? I didn't make any of those decisions about that in a long chain of events out of my control.

Cause that's how this type of games works "in general"? It was YOUR assumption that these types of choices are those that you can take back ... well duh, sometimes even deceitfully those are a "point of not return" type of choice

The game literally said don't worry you'll get to one more opportunity to decide before anything major happens. And that was a lie.

From what i remember the "major" thing was being locked onto that route without any means to go into other routes except backtrack a previous save.
Virginity AIN'T a major thing HERE. You play too many of these types of games and you stop thinking that way pretty quickly ...

Hi guys, just got back to this game again, and i know this may be late to ask but.. does anyone here got any news/info regarding their next game ? if i'm not mistaken, back in the day, the dev once said to make another games after finishing this one. Has there been any progress in that ? and yea, i just opened their website but on the game page, it's said TBD. so idk if there'll be any new projects or nah. TiA

As far as I know, they’re currently working on two new games.
Blood Lust is the "sequel" to Fleeting Iris. Same team, same artists, so the quality should be on par with, or even better than, their latest free DLCs for Fleeting Iris available on their website. The genre remains the same: straight-to-the-point NTR. Two new female MC's, each sexier than the other. I personally can't wait to see more of the blonde girl.
They're also developing Journey Abroad, an initial version of which is already playable and you can get it for free in their Discord. And honestly? The game is amazing. I truly believe it has the potential to catapult the circle to success and create a huge following. It's a slice-of-life harem game with fantastic music, realistic dialogues, and characters that not only look great but also feel alive with rich personalities. If you're not into slow burners, you might want to pass. But if you enjoy a proper buildup leading into what could become an incredible experience, this is THE game you don't want to miss.
Regarding this game's canon ending for the sequel IIRC I read somewhere here/ or maybe from the game that the pure married route is the canon ending and other endings are "other sides of the fem protag, but not exactly the same one as the protag of other routes" So something like multiverse but not really (there is no multiverse concept in lore, but the other routes work like different "multiverse/timeline" or some shit). Since that (pure married ending) is the only ending (not sure) that leads to the zombie apocalypse scenario (and the husband dying/zombified). I know that other routes also hints that the zombie shit is happening in the background and you get more of the lore if you play all the routes but the sequel has to follow one specific timeline right? So one route is canon while the other are alternate reality stuff that never happened in canon (since routes here are exclusive of one another). So will the protag of this game (forgot her name lol is it alansya) appear in the sequel as a side character?
A slice of life game? So it's pure love/ Vanilla/ harem game? Kind of a big switch in genre lol from what they are known for (granted it's not their main game but it can alienate their current fanbase due to the genre switch but can gain them new ones who most likely will not be interested in their other games due to the difference in the intensity of kinks).
