I've tried several of the download links, but none seem to come with the game.exe needed to start the game. What am I missing?

I don't think so. Can play other RPGM games just fine though. I'll check it out
EDIT: Worked like a charm. Thanks. Might be helpful to others if this is added to the "Installation" instructions on page 1

Yeah, for some reason the devs don't just include it.
Think I remeber reading somewhere it was some file-size consideration, but considering how they do their images/scenes the worst way with consideration to game size...hardly seems relevant anymore
Games at over 3gb now, just include the damn RTP

how to : just run the dec.bat inside the game (press 3 and enter) everything should be done in about 20-30 minutes ( ~20k Images )
......

It's just too big I can't imagine someone trying to translate it to other language(s).
Es demasiado grande el juego, no me imagino a alguien intentando traducirlo en un futuro (que hueva jaja)
