I've run into similar issues working with Unity in the past, for me the problem was with the scaling and focus loss throwing off the rest of the code.

I think is charms or accessories slot I think if you use "slut" code in the house it gives you an item you can put there.

I was okay to engage with the systems at first, but updating to .76 seems to have nuked my save somehow.

Cheats it is then.

Try to rename your savefile mine was AQ_save_0.60 and I turned it into AQ_save_0.75 and it worked for me.
