I meant between Alex and Izzy not showing any affection to each other. IIRC Izzy is the exception to the "other women" talk she had since Alex actively helps getting the MC and Izzy closer. Not really seeing what the MC's potential dalliances has to do with Alex and Izzy still having a lesbian relationship. I thought they were supposed to have a secret poly relationship between the three.

I thought you meant Izzy's mom and Boris not showing any affection toward each other, not Alex and Izzy.
I don't get that criticism to be honest. They've done more than for me to know that they care about each other on more than just a plutonic level.
