this game is more interesting (and bigger) than expected

now, the thingy I'm stuck at: an optional thing in the mafia building in Underworld, 3 of them mfs refuse to give the door code digits and I just fight them infinitely, the hell do they actually need?
Tried swapping outfits a bunch too, but looks like that's not it, or maybe it's an outfit I don't have yet idk (ok I got it, you gotta genderswap them)

Also it seems like there's no downsides to losing a battle and going to the hospital, so you can just do that a bunch and farm patients for exp, since they give a shit ton while being pretty easy to kill, plus free tranquilizer from the doctor every time

oh, and there's also a spot with free infinite pudding, which was most likely not intended

You need the sword from the main questline to beat those mafia guys. The mad hatter should be in the underground and offering to make potions for you to do the arena.

when I think about it, this is actually the kind of H-game I prefer, in a sense that it's a game with a strange story and strange world, with capable main character who solves problems in an unusual way, know anything similar? (don't say Black Souls tho, I alrerady know Black Souls)
