Fans of true NTR will play against the NTR as hard as they can - including remaining faithful to the LI - in order to get the strongest possible NTR kick when (rather than if , hopefully) the LI's betrayal is revealed.

If the MC was already cheating on the LI left and right or treating her like shit then her cheating on him isn't as much of a betrayal. Rather it's evening things out, a lesser kick.

The ideal NTR MC -the one who will suffer the most from it- is a nice guy who deeply loves his wife and would never intentionally jeopardize their relationship, who'd try his hardest to protect her and their relationship. Some games understand this to the point where explicitly choosing to remain faithful/avoiding the harem path forcefully sets you on the path of unavoidable NTR.
Like I said, to each his own kink. No shaming from me, whatever.

tbh how I play these games I keep my MC faithful while I let the wife / girlfriend sleep around as long as it's in the context of sharing. At least that's how I play my main save

Then I make a second save just to see the scenes if I let my MC cheat. I only go down the path of NTR if I like the LI and want to see more scenes with her

If she keeps intentionally and openly hurting the MC/her husband (in the latest stripclub scene he even says she seems to be enjoying watching him squirm, enjoying causing him grief), after finding out he's innocent, that he's been true to her all along, then there won't be as much of a reason left to care for her nor whether or not she eventually cheats on him (in the very, very unlikely chance that it's all been smoke and mirrors so far on the "loyal" path) as he'd just be better off dumping her then.

MC would have to really start lying to himself to justify her behavior (way more than he's doing currently) to assume something like she's now blaming herself for believing the lie and irrationally lashing out against him because she can't bear her own guilt or something - rather than seeing her as a slut who's just jumping from one excuse to the next to justify her whoring out and keep blaming him for it to control him.
What you just described is the plot of the typical western NTR game.

He could be focusing all his jealousy on McQueen without any real justification, while these two are actually corrupting and molesting his wife...while he completely trusts them and relies on their help.
Interesting take WRT McQueen; I'd not considered that. But corrupting Alice? She's already a whore; what's left to corrupt?

Frankly, I believe what she is angry about is kind of petty.
I don't even know what she's angry about. In 8.2 the MC gets Dobbs to explain what happened in the club. There was no MC cheating for her to be angry about and she's heard that. Her response was to humiliate her husband by getting him to join Dobbs in a circle-jerk around her then tell him to meet her in the same strip club where, as someone pointed out, she took pleasure from making the MC uncomfortable. And after all that? She still refused to go home with him.

The only corruption in this game is the characters trying to corrupt the MC.

I hose mc is near.
That scene takes place on a Wednesday night, which is right after when the last update ended. That update ended with Alice leaving the strip club with Winestock.

The only way the MC (and we players, since we only see what he sees or hears of) could see that scene would be if he followed the two of them.

It could also be Winestock relating to the MC what (maybe) happened. But the timing seems wrong for that. It would be strange that Winestock would be talking to the MC that same night. Nor do I see some other character running to the MC to tell him about it.

So my best guess is, yes, the MC followed them.
