Nice little game.
Someone rated 1 star because of lack of content. Disregard that imo. If it's you first game it was a great choice to make it short. You started a thing and brought it to completion. Imho that's a lot more rewarding for you and also better for the potential users that starting a huge project with tools you're not entirely familiar with, and it keeps getting more and more bloated and there's tons of expectations, etc.

Yes this was the whole idea that I will make something small that I can easily complete and learn tools in the process. I'm still not 100% familiar with Twine, but I already started to work on another project which will be bigger with much more content. I will post it on this forum when I consider that the first episode is completed. I also don't like it when people publish unfinished games here especially on very early stages. So I always try to bring things to a finished state before sharing it with others. May be this is the reason why I didn't posted anything before.
Game is good, but the inconsistency in narration is odd and kinda takes me out of it. Sometimes it's in 2nd person directly mentioning the player, sometimes it's in 3rd person referring to the character herself. Some consistency would be good.
Is it really so conspicuous? I just checked it myself again and yes I can confirm that I changed the POV in some of the passages. When I was reading it myself I did not noticed it.
OK. Thanks for mentioning this. I will take it in consideration in my next project. There will be much more characters, so I need pay attention to this to not confuse reader with sudden change of view.
i dont mind AI art but the 3d video dosnt match up well with it imo. id prefere a few AI images to go with the scenes to random r34 vids

Yes, sorry, the game was not about including as much videos as possible. And I also agree with Ellioto that third video does not match up very well. It's just pretty hard to find anything that match the setting and I did not managed to make AI run on my local machine to be able to generate art without being restrained by "content policy" of public services.
But I'm working on it, so may be for one of the next projects I will generate art locally and will be able to put as much naughty pictures and videos as I want.
But my next project will use mostly real porn videos, not custom images or anything. I want to focus more on the story and routes with different girls. I want to try to find a better combination of storytelling and interactivity.

kind of annoying that once the story says "she did that, she felt that", and then the next screen it's "you did that, you felt that"
Thank you for mentioning this. Yes I did not realized it until recently, that I change "point of view" in the story a couple of times. And its especially disturbing since there is only one character. I will keep it in mind in my next story.

Hi, I tried to set up some checkpoints loras for stable diffusion locally but did not manage to run it - my PC is to old for this stuff. I will try more later with "only cpu" mode and some smaller checkpoints but still my ram is not too big, so I'm not sure if I succeed with my current equipment. And hardware upgrade I was not planning anytime soon, may be end of the year.
What I did here is just asking ChatGPT and Sora for some pictures. It was not very easy because I was constantly hitting the "content policy" violation.
If you accuratly and precisely describe what you need you might get decent results, but nothing NSFW.
Yes just these two. I decided not to include "Wedding with the monster" as possible ending due to the fact that I could not find any videos for this.
I barely found something for the sex scene.
