Really like the game. Unfortunately I already managed to fat-finger delete my save file twice.
what animation software do you use? i wanna get into itThere is a lot of work with bones to make body move smoothly
Judging by previous posts, I'm guessing blender.what animation software do you use? i wanna get into it
You actually need to double click a exe for it to workThe game don´t start, I extract the windows version and click on AlienQuest-EVE.exe but nothing happens
Hi guys, Some of you may have forgotten about me, but I used to really enjoy creating new scenes, even if it was just animation, not creating new scenes in the game. I saw you and you said you used Blender to create your own animations using game assets. Do you think using Blender would make the results more similar to Grimhelm's animations? As far as I know, the game's assets are only 2D. Why don't you try using After Effects like I did? Considering it's nearly impossible to add new scenes to the game, we're limited to creating our own versions of the animations, right?Unlikely. I only made it for fun, but maybe I'll learn how to make animations next, who knows
Hi! Well, I work with meshes and they're flexible with bones. And as I said, I'm far even for junior level and I still want to learn and createHi guys, Some of you may have forgotten about me, but I used to really enjoy creating new scenes, even if it was just animation, not creating new scenes in the game. And what did you want to create? Try to add new scene ingame? Or just creating new scene for your own animations?Hi! Well, I work with meshes and they're flexible with bones. And as I said, I'm far even for junior level and I still want to learn and create
I'm just saying but I'm a 3D animator in Blender maybe if you send me a .blend file I can take a look at it and maybe make something juicy out of it.Hi! Well, I work with meshes and they're flexible with bones. And as I said, I'm far even for junior level and I still want to learn and create
We need to give u a tablet right now my dudeAnd what did you want to create? Try to add new scene ingame? Or just creating new scene for your own animations?
I tried creating new scene, and try not to use game asset, i draw my own scene, but i dont have tablet, realy hard to follow grimhelm art style using mouse only
My blend-file is a collection of meshes from game assets. Here:I'm just saying but I'm a 3D animator in Blender maybe if you send me a .blend file I can take a look at it and maybe make something juicy out of it.
but it's above all your work, so I will respect any decision.
some work of mine:

ok it requires a lot of rig work but if I can get past that I don't see why I couldn't make animations faithful to the original game.My blend-file is a collection of meshes from game assets. Here:

Fellow gamer, thanks so much for modsI created a small mod for the vanilla game. Meet
Horny Eve
With this mod, Eve can screw enemies to death (a different type of "screw")
It has only minor changes:
As the H-Damage is minor, respectable enemies still need quite a lot of pounding (either way) to finish. The only real benefit is the healing, but you have to wait until a scene is finished, which takes some time.
- When escaping from an H-Scene, the monster(s) get damage equivalent to 1 weapon hit (respects weapon, ATK, CRT)
- When an H-Scene finishes, the monster(s) get damage eq to 3 weapon hits
- When an H-Scene finishes, Eve heals 20% of her HP (yes, when double-teamed, heals 40%)
- Eve can grab enemies and start an H-Scene, by pressing L-Trigger/L-Shift + Attack
- Includes Julien the King's fix for showing the missing H-Scene (see here)
This mod is 100% compatibile with AQE (1.01), so you can install/uninstall without affecting save games.
Installation:
Simply extract and copy the DLL to {Game Folder}\AlienQuest-EVE_Data\Managed. Make a backup of the original DLL just in case.
UPDATE
I did some integration with other mods, namely:
All can be found in the new AQE_HornyEve_addins. Together with the source code, if any other modder want to add it to their mod (you have my permission
- Cheat Mod (both version), see Cheat Mod Request
- KMod (latest version as of now), see KMod
- A mixed version with Cheat, KMod and Horny Eve
)
The file contains a readme with details
UPDATE v1.1
The updated mod only gives you HP when the monster dies after finishing the scene.
Also, HP gain is now capped by the monster's max HP, meaning weak enemies won't give you too much.
The rar contains all addins as before + source.
When using with Kmod, there are some minor tweaks that countereffect the Kmod difficulity:
- in Kmod, after an H-Scene finishes, the monster heals. This made it very unlikely to kill a monster this way.
V1.1 of Horny Eve counters this. But beware: if you didn't kill the monster, it will heal (and get stronger!)- in Kmod, when an H-Scene finishes, your mana is greatly reduced. Horny Eve counters this (in V1.1 only if the monster was killed)
