Someone else had this problem trying to open the game? First time having this problem with a rpgm game

Try redownloading (from the same or another source) and extracting again, for some reason your game folder lacks the nw_elf.dll (like it's saying in the message). It also can be because of your AV, which detected the file as dangerous and put in quarantine, so check that too.

You need to install RTP RPG Maker to avoid those errors in your windows search on how many installer you can find on the forum page for starting plugins on RPG Maker old/new versions.
1° If it don't start after reading up Basically I'll explain what you can do 100%
2° After installing the requested RTP installer Restart your PC. (If it's fixed now DONE)
3° try to move your folder in desktop and maybe works too not both folders if you had many subfolders some games starting may crash (If it's fixed now DONE)
4° Use administrator options on properties or even open the file with a Locale Emulator Machine ,Download Locale Emulator, set into Japanese and then, right click on your game and open it as administrator But this time it's on Locale Emulator not windows. (If it's fixed now DONE)
5° If the folder don't work properly re-download again (If it's fixed Done)
Recommendation: Using RPG VX ACE because with this...all of them works "mostly all games" without all patches even locale emulator, but older ones are tricky.
