Ok, a review then.

1. For a first time dev, the girls are looking pretty freaking good.
2. The story seems to be all over the place but it still seems interesting.
3. There "seems" to be incest (without a patch, or changing relations even). The reason I say "seems" is because the Mom said something about "they're my kids now", so the MC might not be related to her.
4. And for those who are "concerned" by the MC's appearance I believe the "current story/prologue/intro" might be set in the past or be a memory, because in the end of the update you see MC looking different, with tattoos, long hair, completely unlike the look in the OP

It's interesting, quite interesting. I'm looking forward to it.
The english could do with some work. The story seems very all over the place, but not too much, enough to leave you wanting more to know more. Nice rendering and gorgeous female characters. Like the "normalcy" of the MC, lol. Regardless, I really enjoyed this, Godspeed Dev.

The model for the MC is being used everywhere now. However, it features good renders and a so-so story. Time to help another 5 foot giant to the promise land.

Really short. Spelling and grammar in serious need of work, I'm assuming Dev is not native English speaker. I don't mind the seemingly random (but isn't) zig-zag intro, lots of movies and books start out confusing flashback style. The fact that the last picture shows the MC with long hair and tattoos, and the earlier dialog references him being 16 (underage for porn activity) and in the "last year of middle school" (which would mean he was 13-14ish, probably meant last year of High School, but then he would be 17-18) means this is a flashback/memory before the start of the game we will be actively playing.
Overall it looks bizarre, weird, nightmarish, confusing and.........interesting because of all of those , at least to me. Of course I like stories like that.
I hope it works out as well as it looks like it could, but things almost never do. Either way I'm going to watch this closely for an update or two at least.

Nice looking renders (the girls, the guys...not so much, but whatever), but some serious Engrish issues. You're also going to want to address that whole "middle-school" thing and the MC being 16 if you plan on keeping this thing on Patreon, just saying.

And for the love of fucking God, trigger control. Cmon, what's with devs lately. Your characters are all going to fucking Baldwin someone by being retards.
