No mods necessary, but following a faith that allows incest and either polygamy or concubines helps. Fun game, but not typically sexy.
Yeah can incest with vanilla but some mods add various sexytimes content.

Which means it already has more gameplay and effort put into it than 90% of the stuff on this website, though it isn't an especially sexy play. There are some sexy mods available for it in Loverslab, though admittedly none of them are really amazing. Even still, I've got over 1000 hours in it (and it may or may not be directly responsible for my incest/inbreeding fetish.)
The premise is you play as a medieval dynasty and lead them to greatness. It's a lot of fun, and incest/inbreeding can be a big part of it since having children is a large part of the game. In fact it's actually the meta due to the way that inherited traits work.
Is there a thread for repetitive breeding games only. Like adam and gaia, strive conquest, peasant quest etc.

Cos if the former, I agree. Repetitive meaningless breeding is boring.
I want to play them more. I like management kind of games
Are there any games that are not repetitive breeding games without management aspects? Because every game that I played is this only which I don't like. I just want a simple visual novel with stories and character developments.

I think they specifically meant "games where you can get your inbred children pregnant but without management aspects," because they want story and character developments involving those offspring.

If so then there is none that I know of without management.
I've around 7 hours in this game, 90% of the time it was just walking and extremely boring combat. Images only appear for sex scenes. And the grind is insane. I gave up after I run out of patience. Guess RPGM games are not for me. I assume it will be like that for the rest of the game?

I believe these are just incest pregnancy games that ends after pregnancy right? I'm asking more of games that continue afterwards, kind of like offspring grow up faster or a time jump and story continues with the offspring. Not management games lacking character developments or only text based games without actual renders. As someone suggested Peasant quest is the only game which has this, but it is RPGM and 90% of the time it is walking and renders are limited to sex scenes only.

Peasant Quest stops after the first daughter for both of them and there babies afterwards are either imps or goblins that you have no contact with.
(Imps you can have some minor contact with but they disappear after a few days and there is no sex with them.)
Being in a 3way with a demon or devil and the mother is not my cup of tea and the daughter that only bares imps may not even be MC's.
So its not what OP wants anyway, OP wants on going baby making like what the 2 Strive games have but not in a text base game.
