To the owner of this thread: Feel free to use this table as you want, copy it, modify it, correct it, disregard it; I just happen to have some free time right now and I wanted to make this small contribution.
Some things to consider:
- Type VN: I don't care if it has branching paths, if it behaves like a VN, then it is a VN.
- Type Ren'Py: For those that have some kind of exploration or management aspect.
- A few types might be incorrect, I haven't played them all, I judged based on titles and preview pictures.
- Requires incest patch: Some of them were done with incest at its core but changed afterwards, the quality/consistency of the dialog may vary wildly.
- I would have loved to include a column to reflect if inbreeding is repeatable, but as I said, haven't played most of the games. But assume that VNs is a hard no.

I'll change it, but as far as I know, and correct me please if I am wrong, Japanese juniors call any older familiar woman aunt even if they are not related. Should the game be on this list to begin with?

Reading this description, I think you have it backwards: It seems like he called his aunt Onee-san when he was younger. You see this in Japanese media where the aunt isn't much older than the male relative in question, or when they want to make fun of the fact that she's sensitive about her age.

Anyone here into Crusader Kings? Personally I consider that series the start of exploring this fetish for me. I just wish there was more NSFW content on the flavor or mod side of things. As it is the vanilla events are pretty lackluster and mods are mostly incomplete or very small in scope. Still, there's not really anything else like it out there. Plus it helps that it's a super fun game in general inbreeding fetish or no.

Played with it for a few hours, got bored, returned to RimWorld. Don't remember which mods I used for the latter but I remember I was able to make my colonist inbreed.

HHS+ has B/S and I not for sure but there is drugs to age up your child, don't know yet how they work or how old you can get them before the end of the game.
You can have as many babies with your sister but the game last 2 years and the birth rate is 3 months.

If the content of the new version is similar to the pregnancy mod it's based on, then the first child you age up as part of the quest ends up at the minimum age (18 per default) pretty much instantly.
There are also drugs you can use to age up children by one year per day.
Although unlike the other incest content, I don't think the game acknowledges the relationship between your children and you to be anything especially immoral.

So, only B/S, Ren'Py like, In development, doesn't require iPatch, and Partially censored?
Nah, HHS+ is more of a sandbox/management game. Custom engine with Kisekae models.
Censorship is mixed. The CGs are all anime-style from various sources, some are censored, some are not.
Technically it also has F/D and/or M/S content, depending on which gender you choose in the beginning or transition to during the game, but like I wrote, I don't think the relationship is acknowledged other than the game stating that they're your children.
The only deliberate incest quest line is between the MC and their sibling. At least I think that was the case with the pregnancy mod for the previous version, haven't yet played the current version that has integrated the pregnancy mechanic.
Yeah, the game is still in development, but it feels more or less complete, and IIRC the plans are to flesh out the details and simulation aspects a lot more.

Yes I can now confirmed that F/D and M/S is in the game, there maybe even one more option because MC can research male pregnancy so maybe there is F/S as well.
For sure that is in the game is: B/S, F/D and M/S.
If the game does have the F/S pregnancy then this will be the first game to have it, I will not, I repeat will not test that out. Someone else will have to test that.
