The trans characters are included in a DLC (free), so if you don't want them, don't install the DLC.

How about we let devs create the games the way they want to and if you don't like it you can just play something else? Also in the comment you quoted the dev clearly states that the player will have the option of having no trans characters at all.

again I wanted to clarify with the dev which they did

some devs will at least turn Futa/Trans crap off for those of us who are uninterested in other people's more extreme fetishes

Yes... as stated ‍♂ Trans is 100% optional. So there's nothing to complain about on that front
