Is it really true even this latest build has less content than the Demo they released prior to Steam release? Was it ever explained how that was possible? Also, does anybody have this demo?

And also the Patreon version is still more feature-complete? Then we should be having that in OP instead of Steam version.

If what you say is true, people are buying Almastriga: Relics of Azathoth on steam only to find out they could have paid less than half the Steam price for the Patreon more feature complete version with just a 1 month sub, WTF kind of a troll is that!

I saw this game like 6 years ago and never tried it. Is it good?

The last time I played it, it was an annoyingly empty game

But 35 reviews with an average 1.5 star rating is saying it's shit to me

Honestly, everyone who uses Patreon to make a game should be re-directed to this great page

I was tempted to buy this on steam many times, but honestly I knew this would never be completed

The game could be extremely good. But the author has no knowledge of the game design of hentai games. Making a broken metro-edvania was all he was able to do. Well, plus some art of dubious richness.

The main issue is that while a lot of tweeks have been made and the game became better to play than the first builds, dudes have decided to make NSFW part of the game smaller after each update.
Double down on farming and interactions with beasts/creatures - and you'll have a loyal fanbase. Tweak the mechanics/polish stuff later on.
Instead, they've got caught up in a loop of redoing the same sections over and over again while trying to upgrade/fix something most of people don't care about.
So instead of "update-cash grab-fix-update" cycle we've gotten "fix-cash grab-annoyed people-another fix- smaller cash grab - even more annoyed people - fix".

Shame. Could've been of the biggest hits in here

Cougar X, now Almastriga, this dude can't finish a game, and those two could be good, perhaps the best ones if the mechanics work and also has a lot of sex scenes

It's a good (scam) business model to (milk) earn even more money from paying (suckers) customers. Some people like to (scam) earn money by doing callcenter stuff (IRS, giftcard, MS Helpdesk), others like to make (empty) games, while posting different versions on different platforms. That inspires so much trust, don't you think?

Like another user said, this game could have been really good but the number one issue for me was the game breaking bugs that seemed to litter the game when I tried playing it a couple of years ago.

I would love to find out why these never got properly addressed during the later years of development but at least for now the artist can go back to drawing comics and other stuff.
