You should really be careful when your recklessly calling out developers for using others art. The artists that are being used do not have a problem with it, and you can find their art just about anywhere as they've allowed it to be public domain! You can find the art on E-Hentai Galleries, DeviantArt, Tumblr, the latter two are sites the artist(s) use. E-Hentai will quickly expunge any gallery if an artist has a problem with their work being posted.
If you dont like the game thats fine, but developers having been using other artists art for years and artists don't have a big issue with it. THere's also a READ_ME disclaimer included with the game for any artist who has an issue with their art being used, Crouler will delete the art out, or come to some agreement to use the art.
There's also commissioned art strictly for the game since players have donated enough funds to allow Crouler the ability to hire artists!
First of all u have 0 clue of what u talking, show me a proof of the owner artists of those Cg's consent, lets start with 2nd image preview the dev its japanese where is the proof of consent him to use it legaly to make money out of it? there is none it was stolen from a game a just cause the cg its standing there on a folder doesnt mean "use me without consent to make profit out of it",
The artists u talking about they hv no issues depending on those issues, if u using their art for a game to make money out of it without their consent its considered stolen and u might say "but its public" yes its public but has a owner and its not to be used by other people to make profit, they actualy let u post elsewhere but u need to say its that specific person artwork, there is tons of fake artists on Devian/tumblr/twitter/etc stealing other people arts and saying its mine then we ask for the project file and they get busted and their account are shutdown cause this idiots say its their art and they make a patreon page to scam.
E-Hentai is a place to share ur mangas/douji/etc. but its there to be read and seen not be picking other people art in general and used to make profit out of other peoples hardwork.
This dev first of all he should reach to every single artist he took art pieces from and ask for permission, like i sayed art that its posted publicly hv a owner and hv copyrights in this case there is no proof its consired stolen and its not good he can hv is project shutdown or even go further if patreon give the information and hv a lawsuit (lawsuit its only in case of register art there a few artists that does it) if the owner of any of those art pieces find out.
I could say alot more but all this might be useless idk if u actually understand my point, ur point was not 100% accurate u saying art that is public can be used freely its not like that.
