Okay I did some testing and here is what I found:

Kicks do more damage than punches, which means that Muay Thai is the best in terms of pure damage output while standing

However, Muay Thai has less defense and stamina than Kickboxing, so it's a choice between better standup or better defense

Boxing does less damage than both in the standup, but it's better than Kickboxing in the clinch and the best overall for ground and pound. If you want to use wrestling, boxing seems to be the best match for it (like in actual MMA). Boxing also has the best defense overall.

Judo is the best for aggressive submission hunting and positioning, and decent on defensive subs

BJJ has the best submission skills, but it uses a lot of points to get into position for subs, so it's better to just wait for them to shoot and then perform a submission

How do I get the zuleika route? I flirted with her but it's not giving me the option to kiss her during the birthday party

I really like the game so far, especially the mma gameplay. Are there any more games similar to the mma simulation of this? I know Our Red String also has mma simulation.

A lot of the college VNs give the MC some kind of MMA style background or hook to give a story reason for the MC not being a wimp. I don't think any VN goes as hard into it as this one does. BaDIK has Brawler but even the updated Brawler has nothing on this. College Kings has a fight system but it's not great and you barely use it. I'm sure there are others but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Romance Alexa and join Alexa's gym team. Tap out to Diana in sparring then you get the scene with Alexa in the locker room.
Hey thanks a bunch for this, I was cratching my head as to what I was missing and I hadn't thought that losing there was the correct choice considering Alexa wants you to win at all cost all the time.

Thanks to this and being on 4.1, at the end of the episode Alexa isn't hardened anymore. Honestly her path turned out to be a lot lot better than I had initially thought it would be, thought it would be super cliché nice girl turned villain trope but it's become much deeper.

Just found this game went with Natasha because Lilly just doesn't do it for me. Ended up being with Alexa because got to have my MILF LI. I would like to support but unfortunately I can't on Patreon for some unknown reasons BUT I can support on SubscribeStar IF there was an account made. ;)

Is this a game where girls are gonna get hurt if i'm fuckin around? are there any polygamy paths at all or is it a pick one? there's no harem tag so i'm guessing that's not happening.

No, there aren't many, most AVNs don't have fights and if there are any they are pretty bad or it's the protagonist getting beaten up. :HideThePain:

Not all, most of the MCs placed in college history are weak. There are exceptions like BAD and CK, but in general they are all quite weak.:HideThePain:

Now that I've had time to reflect on it, you're right. The only ones that jumped to my head are BaDIK and CK. The other "college" VNs I can think of don't touch fighting at all and are varying degrees of pretty good to outright bad.

This fighting system is still one of the best ones I've seen in Ren'py stuff even if it has issues (submissions being too powerful).

To be fair, submissions are usually fight enders in actual MMA fights. Not many have enough ground skill to escape them and those few that don't tap instantly, like Tony Ferguson for instance, power through because they are either completely batshit insane or have a very high pain tolerance.

Legit knock out artists, compared to the number of fighters, are also few in number. That and there are a lot of fighters with very hard jaws. Tapping someone is usually the easier way to end a fight.

9 and a half times out of 10, if someone takes the back they are getting that tap. The other 0.5% are the idiots that start punching the ears when the other guy isn't defending.

I'll use Mighty Mouse for an example, one of my all time faves. Amateur record of 9 fights with 9 wins, 5 by submission. Pro career of 30 fights, 25 wins with 8 by submission and the founder of the Mighty Wiz Bar......

Submissions are awesome.

Good point. That's totally true. I think it just threw me when I made Diana tap in our first exchange and while it's conceivably something that could happen irl, from a gameplay perspective it felt odd. Moreso when I did it again later to the next opponent (I still can't think of her name, Tamica or something). If that's working as intended, that's fine, I'm definitely going to focus exclusively on submissions.
