Yes, Rosie will stay (unless my memory failed) but it would take a lot to tell you what to do. You have to start early in the game and follow her path. This is NOT a game where you get ALL the girls at once.

When you spar with her, go to the ground and flirt.
If you don't do that you are stuck in the friend zone.
After flirting, choose all the good choice for her.
