To be fair, there are cases where there's a patch (third-party entirely) and the thread gets tagged with incest, even when there isn't supposed to be any.
Definitely not the case here or in any other ICCreations title, but it does happen.

Yeah, so I guess it depends on what exactly is being asked. Is incest intended, vs. just is there incest? I've seen what you describe, although I think at least the vast majority of the time a patch when it isn't intended at all (i.e., it's not a run-around from something like Patreon's rules), it doesn't get tagged as incest. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, though, just that I don't remember it getting the tag very often if it's not meant to be incest at all. Then again, could just be the specific set of games I've played.

What I want to ask is that does the dev wanted incest to be in this game or did the patch is made by a third party/fan
Given that all his other games have incest, it's safe to assume this one is supposed to as well.

not yet, possibly some guy from college (we joked that it's that guy who later killed/nearly killed auntie).
So's the one for Lunar's Chosen, even though PT Games explicitly stated in the game's thread here that there's not meant to be any incest.
Since it seems this is kind of a rework of The Artifact (earlier game from ICCreations), it'll probably wind up being the MC himself.
In The Artifact, the MC wound up being his own grandfather, father of his own mother and his own father too.
