So, b has been released, but there are a few more things that need to be done, so this is NOT the final build yet.



Changes from V0.12a:

Finished and added in a half dozen animations into the last scene of the update.
Graphically updated the MC's home BEFORE the timeline change to match the quality
of everywhere else in game.
Started to slowly update early game scenes to match the quality I can produce for you
now. So far, the scene at Kimberly's locker at the beginning of the game has been
updated.
Added in an imagebutton help hover to the pool party and beach party screens.
Fixed a few graphical/spelling/grammar errors.

from the patch notes the dev said that's a bug sometimes that's fixed in 0.12

Heroes for what? We never do the "b" release over here, since it often is missing animations and/or images; it's always the "c" one that makes it here, which isn't finished by ICCreations yet. So no, there's no hero for the "b" version. Try a little patience and soon the "c" version (final release for v0.12 in this case) will be available.

Well, there was an issue with Lewdpatcher and the last patch and was actually never posted there.
